Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 07, 2021. Aroma is hop forward and very fruity with lots of mango, passion fruit, guava, lychee and tropical citrus notes. Light dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, golden straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness that lingers a bit in the finish with light alcohol notes. Fairly hop forward and fruity with mango, passion fruit, guava and tropical citrus notes. Lighter dank resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA. Nice, fruity hop notes in the aroma that are a little lighter in the flavor but work well with the bitterness and lingering resin notes. Pretty easy drinking.

Poured from a 16 oz beer dated August 2, 2021. Aroma is moderately hop forward with notes of mango, passion fruit, lychee, tropical citrus, and lighter dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol spice. Pours a somewhat hazy, light gold color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small. thick head that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong, somewhat assertive bitterness with medium light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of mango, passion fruit, tropical citrus and grapefruit with lighter notes of dank resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent DIPA. Its not particularly hazy, hoppy or malty so overall it falls short for me as it needs some of that to offset the high ABV.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 19, 2021. Aroma is hoppy with moderate notes of passion fruit, mango, and citrus notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, brilliant gold with a medium sized, medium thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small, thin, film that lingers on the edges. Flavor is slightly sweet with light grain notes. Medium light bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderate notes of mango, passion fruit and citrus with hints of dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid hoppy pilsner. Really nice hop notes with light, crisp grain character and hints of alcohol. A bit more bitter than a typical pilsner, but the hops help temper it.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 06, 2021. Aroma is fruity with lots of apricot and blueberry notes. Hints of lactic lemon notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, orangish purple color with a medium large, medium thick, pillowy, slightly pink head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity and light grain notes. Low bitterness and low alcohol notes. Moderately strong blueberry and apricot notes. Hints of lactic acid lemon notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright gose. It could use a bit more acidity and lactic notes, but I prefer this to being overly sour. Blueberry and apricot are well balanced.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 24, 2021. Aroma is fruity with lots of blackberry and lighter lime notes. Hints of grain and alcohol. Faint lemony lactic notes. Pours a dark, reddish purple color with a medium large, moderately thick, frothy, pink head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges before it disappears. Faint lacing and legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a medium light acidity and light grain and wheat notes. Faint bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate blackberry and light lime notes. Hints of lemon. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright gose but it's not quite lactic enough and has too much of a wheat note to it. I'm surprised the fruit notes aren't stronger as well. I don't think it's diacetyl, but theirs a slightly odd mousy, cereal note in the aroma and flavor.
