Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 02, 2020. Aroma is very fruity with lots of orange zest and pineapple. Lighter vanilla and moderate chocolate notes. Lights alcohol spice. Orange zest has a bit of a sherbet character to it. Pours jet black with a medium small, thick, creamy, dark, mocha head that recedes to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and moderately long legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with moderate chocolate malt and caramel notes with lighter roast. Moderately strong bitterness and moderate alcohol spice. Medium light orange zest and pineapple notes and lighter vanilla. Fruit notes get a bit stronger as the beer warms. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid imperial stout. I'm not usually a fruited stout can, but this is pretty solid. I wish the beer had more body to it which I think would also help hide a bit more of the alcohol.

Crisp refreshing lager, a bit of sweetness and malt balance from the corn.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 2, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and juicy with lots of tropical citrus, orange, tangerine, grapefruit and passion fruit with lighter notes of mango and pineapple. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, murky, dull, dusty, straw color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes and a hint of caramel. Medium bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Moderately strong hop notes of tropical citrus, orange, grapefruit and pineapple with lighter notes of passion fruit and mango. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid hazy pale ale. Solid citrus-forward hop notes with a lighter, but balanced, malt profile and bitterness.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 20, 2020. Aroma is hop forward with lots of grapefruit, tropical citrus, gooseberry, passion fruit, white wine and pine resin. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, dusty straw color with a medium large, thick, fluffy, white head that exhibits nice retention as it slowly recedes. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Loads of gooseberry, passion fruit, tropical citrus, white wine notes and lighter pine resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA with lots of fruity hop notes in the aroma and flavor. Nice sweetness with a balanced, light malt profile.

Fairly hazy golden coloured body with a very large, five to six centimetre all pure white head that fades very quickly, but leaves a thinnish, single centimetre tall head after a few seconds. Aroma of grapefruit, soap, ginger, liimes, coriander seed, wheat and very little else - absolutely no hops, but a funky yeast bite as well. Light-bodied; Crisp, funky, lime, ginger, floral and grassy notes dominate with a light wheat and malt profile and a soft sweetness from the fruits with little else to add to this one in terms of complexity. Aftertaste shows the grapefruit and ginger with a bit of dry herbal notes and some floral elements, but not much else and very little complexity with no hops at all. Overall, I'm not sure how anyone wrote 'pale ale' on this one, but it's a herb/spice/veg or a fruit beer with little flavours, no real complexity and a small profile. Sadly, I was expecting more, but this was about what the label said - so fool me, I suppose. Not worth getting obviously and weak throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 20-August-2020 for US$5,93 sampled at my house here in Washington on 01-November-2020.

Very hazy golden and straw coloured body, about sixty per cent opaque with a thinnish, single to perhaps two centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat fairly nicely. Aroma of grass, pine, flowers, light grain, wheat, citrus fruits and a good deal of soft, light yeast elements, but the hops through the pine and citrus are the strongest in the nose - in a good way. Light-bodied; Strong crisp grainy and citrusey notes with a light floral bite with some hop bitterness, a dry and grainy malt presence with a slight peppery bite and a touch of sweetness towards the end from the citrus fruits. Aftertaste shows a crisp bitterness, light sugars from the fruit, but a very pleasant grainy, dry malty quality that produces a nice balance and a pleasant complexity with soft hop bite that shows throughout. Overall, a nice and pungent APA with some specialty grain notes, but a dry, citrusey hop character produces a great balance and subtle complexity throughout. Nice to sample and a welcome escape from high alcohol and pungent beers with a crisp and well-structured beer overall. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 04-September-2020 for US$5,66 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-October-2020.

Pours a hazy, pale, dull, golden straw with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness with light alcohol notes. Moderately strong citrus hop notes with grapefruit and orange. Lighter resin and pine notes with a hint of grassiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent IPA. It has a very West Coast hop and bitterness profile, but a decent citrus note.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 28, 2020. Aroma has medium light grain notes with light floral, grassy hop notes. Hints of alcohol. Pours a bright, clear, yellow gold with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small white film that lingers. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet and fairly crisp with medium light grain and bread notes. Moderately strong bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Light floral, herbal, grassy hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pilsner with a fairly assertive bitterness and hop character. Pretty crisp and easy drinking.
