Can. A fairly deep clear gold, a cm of whit head. Aroma of tropical fruit, some pine an herbal notes. Sweet with some peach too. Lots of fruit, modest bitterness. OK.

Clearly I am out of the nut-based spreads loop. Or aren't they for children? Black, a good 2cm of beige head. Aroma of chocolate, Milo, pistrachios, some roast. More roast and clearer nuts in the taste with lactose not so obvious. Roasted and weedy bitterness at the end stop it from being cloying. Not totally my thing but pretty good and certainly well done.

Aroma of toffee, sweet biscuit and molasses are a nice start, but in the mouth it's all a bit TOO imperial. The subtler flavours are overwhelmed by a very bitter hop taste and, and maybe some heat from the alcohol as well.

I guess they mean those sets intersect substantially on that Venn diagram. Can. Pale amber with a modest white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, grass, white grapes, light bread. Some gooseberries and tropical notes upon a taste too. Just medium bodied, dryish. A touch of breadcrust before kuquast, grapefruit, pine and berries. Long and fairly bitter finish. Polished & tasty.

Can. Almost opaque orange with a cm of white head. Aroma of orange, mango, hints of sharper citrus, crackery bread. Light bodied and cleaner than it looks with fruit gradually giving way to a woody bitterness.

375ml can from a Mosman liquor store. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a fresh, smooth, juicy orange citrus, light tart, mineral palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can. Amber, modest white head. Meek aroma has slightly earthy biscuit, some orange. Moderately sweet, as much breadcrust as biscuit. Brighter citrus - some grapefruit, lime as well as orange with some pine and hints of tropical fruit before a moderately bitter finish.

Tap. Yellowish with a white head. Lime blossom aroma and taste backed with gently rich bread. I like the smoothness but still would have liked somewhat higher bitterness.
