From Heinrich 3000, sincerly, it is not the best porter that I have tried in my life. The taste is not well balanced, tobaco, chocolate, 30.11.18, in my hotel room, Berg am Laim.

Leicht trübe, goldgelbe Farbe; gemischtporige, stabile Schaumkrone.

Has the promised Bernstein color with a frothy, white head and a haze. Aroma is dank and yeasty with caramel and spiced apple pie. Taste is faint bitter with a moderate spice at the finish. Body to the light side of medium, moderate watery texture. Not bad.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Wednesday 27th August 2025 sat at the top of the garden on the swinging seat. We have Courgette Soup for tea tonight. Pours gold pretty much clear as far as I can tell, mid sized fast disappearing white head. Soft mouthfeel, a little warm grass on the nose (but I've just spent three hours cutting grass so perhaps it's the cut grass) sweet maltiness a little breadiness. Fairly straightforward Hell but a touch on the sweet side, not bad.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Sunday 24th August 2025 after a nice weekend at Ulm Obstwiesenfestival, we've got Courgette Lasagna tonight for tea. This pours hazy gold with a mid sized white head. Light hoppiness perhaps more so on the nose, easy drinking malty, some bitterness but not much, a little fruity, also a little grassy hoppiness. Fine.

330 ml bottle. Unclear amber with a fluffy head. Very resinous hops, zesty hops, lemony hops, caramel, roasted malt, stone fruit. Hoppy zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bittersweet finish. A nice hoppy Amber Lager, indeed very similar to an American Pale Ale, yet a lager. Could imagine this as a Hoppy Black Lager, that would be even better!
