First ever lambic gusher. Pours dark hazy orange. Foam has 0 lifespan. Smell is herbal, twigs, mild orange like fruityness. Taste is likewise. Very acidic, médium acetic. Intense on the herbal, twig side with mild orange like fruityness. Médium carbonation. OK. But not what I expect of a beer priced 2-3 times as much as the best examples within the style.

Very strong herbal and aromatic. Minty, lavender, green tea, fresh grassy hay, lime peels, very green leafy, rupsenpoepjes 🐛, japnese seaweed. Mild to medium sour. Medium body, soft carbonation. Bit cheesy parmesan funky, also, light metallic, flinty.

Bottle at Maakun’s, cool tick dude. Clear golden with some greyish ring head. Very strong herbal and aromatic. Minty, lavender, green tea, fresh grassy hay, lime peels, very green leafy, rupsenpoepjes 🐛, japnese seaweed. Mild to medium sour. Medium body, soft carbonation. Bit cheesy parmesan funky, also, light metallic, flinty. Lots of stuff to taste.

Bottle shared at home. Clear deep golden with small white head. Massive dank weedy herb, and I mean DANK. It's a bit like mint with green tea, verveine, soft malts, lime, medicinal herbs, lots of grass. Massive dank hay. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparky carbonation. This is super aromatic, either this herb is super strong or they put a lot in here. Crazy. Pretty tasty overall but not to drink often. Hay!

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 6 Dec 2017) Cloudy brownish yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, lemon, plums, yuzu, barnyard and some old socks. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, lemon, lemon peel, yellow plums, earthy cellar and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a good acidity, both from the fruit and from the beer itself. Very nice.

2017 bottle. Pale Amber color, hazy. Yuzu, floral notes and traubenzucker in the aroma, sour flavor with yuzu, floral notes and a hint of oak. Some rest sweetness from the fruit. A bit odd, but Nice.

Bottle picked up from Etre Gourmet webshop and consumed at home Saturday 25th April 2020 at home Attenkirchen on another wonderful glorious day, once again wall to wall sunshine, day 39 of lockdown :-(. Tonight is homemade burger night, we have Smoked Chicken Cobb Burger. Pours orange squash colour, plenty of busy little bubbles but no head. Zappy and refreshing, the base fruit is great, not too dry, it's at the end of the scale of lambics that I really like, i.e. not the Cantillon end, more Boon like. This is refreshing, tart, there is plenty of orange 🍊 .
