Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is moldy cellar, quite like the cork, some strawberries. Taste is moldy, strawberries, yoghurt. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Not bad, but quite moldy.

Bottle. Clear orange color with white head. Aroma is wood, earthy, grapes, yoghurt, strong funk. Taste is wood, grapes, plums, lemony, leathery funk, tobacco, nicely blended together. Quite a bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite good in its balance, I like!

Bottle. Pours hazy roseish amber. Aroma is wet farts, rosehip, strong stables, Parmigiano, tea. Body is medium, strongly sour, tea, fizzy carbonation, a bit fruity. Tea-like bitterness. Quite good.

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is cork, old damp wet cellar. Body is medium, strongly sour to the palate and down the digestive pipe. Some strawberry, yes, but very low. Strong carbonation. Some funk lurking behind. Works.

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours rosé with bubbles. Aroma is strong stables, also grapes, horse saddle, leather. Body is medium, mostly sour and thinnish, still grapes and a bit salty, fizzy carbonation, a bit low on flavours. Dry palate, almost astringent. Good, but far from a beauty.

Bottle, vintage 2015,two years before bbd. Pours cloudy orange, with a tiny creamy head. Aroma is tart yuzu, hay, bretty wood and farmhouse. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of yuzu, musty fruits and wet hay, as well as nuts, tannins, wooden brett and farmyard notes.

375ml bottle@One pint pub. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Strange aroma, cucumber? Some apples, tartness. Tart, vinegary, woody flavor, cucumber. Really strange.
