At Mrk’s. Bottle courtesy of Maakun! Bottle from 2013. Smells great, very fresh sweet lemonpeel. Taste reminds me of lemon based cleaner, but not solely. Very fruity, a bit sweaty and grassy, light salty aswell. Light sweet, light sour. Medium body, light minerals, very juicy. Very nice. If you put an otter on a label you win.

2013 bottle shared. Almost clear golden with ring of very small bubbles. Lots of sweet citrus notes on the notes, probably yuzu? Smells very good. Taste is funky, lemon, lime, bergamot, quite funky, hay, soap, flowery, toilet freshener. Nix mix between sweet sour and bitter, with the bitterness lingering for a long time in the finish. Medium bodied with barely any carbonation. The smell is amazing, otherwise just a decent beer but not that amazing.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yuzu, citrus, funk and tartness. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and medium sour with a long slightly dry, sour, yuzu, citrus and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Tåkete brun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter lime, mentol og sure bær. Sursyrlig smak bæreddik og sure bær, noe bruspulver. Kort.

Poured from a 2014 bottle. Aroma is nice with a moderate plum note and a bit of citrus and tropical fruit. Some light oak notes and a touch of an herbal funk. Pours a somewhat hazy, pale golden orange with a small, thin white head that recedes and lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with some sweetness to it. Moderate plum notes with quite a bit of apple as well. Some light tropical fruit and citrus. Light oak notes and a touch of herbal character. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with lots of plum and red apple notes. Light funk and oak. The apple character overwhelms the plum though.

2013 Vintage, bottle number 783 of 1200. Aroma is awesome with a really unique lemon/citrus note. Citrus is candy-like. Some light oak notes. Hints of an herbal, grassy note. Pours a somewhat hazy, pale golden orange with a small, thin white head that recedes and lingers. Flavor is somewhat acidic with some moderately strong citrus notes that are slightly less candy like than in the aroma. It still has the unique character to it that is somewhat like lemon-lime. Fairly bitter though. Light oak notes with a bit of an herbal note. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, I really like the aroma and flavor of the yuzu. Unfortunately it adds a lot of bitterness and a slightly odd herbal note.

Bottle 82 of 1000. Aroma is floral with a honey note and some light vegetable, leafy note. Some light oak and medium light tropical fruit notes. Some citrus as well. Pours a somewhat hazy, pale golden orange with a small, thin white head that recedes and lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with some light citrus and medium light tropical fruit. Moderate floral and honey notes. Some red apple as well. Moderate wet oak notes. Some leafy notes as well. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an interesting beer, and I like the floral notes, but the leafy notes don’t quite work. the base lambic also doesn’t have a ton of funk either. Acidity is nice and not harsh at all.

Leicht trübes orange goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr trocken, floral hopfig, Kräuter. Geschmack nach sauren Früchten, Kräuter, floral bitter, ungewöhnlich.

Saurer Beginn mit gemüseartigen Aromen, kernig, Laub, etwas dumpf. Die Säure bleibt bestehen, bitter, harmonisch. Interessant, vollmundig und gelungen! 10/10/12/12/15/12
