Off-white head on a beautiful deep amber, crystal clear pour.
The aroma is malty, creamy, almost cookie-like - lightly bready too. Not the most expressive aroma in the world, but everything's there and comes through without any effort.
On the palate it leans sweet, but a dry bitterness pulls things back in the finish. I'd put the hop bite at low-to-medium - enough to keep it honest.
Leaves a bit of stickiness in the throat. Carbonation is moderate, spot on. Smooth and full in the mouth, though it does sit a little heavy.
Pleasantly surprised by this one, especially coming from this brewery. Feels slightly underfermented, which probably explains the sweetness, but I'll take it.

0,5 l bottle from the Mix Markt in Town. BB 27.02.27. Clear pale copper in the blass, more than one finger foamy light rosé head. Intensive sweet raspberry with pale malt on the nose. Taste starts less sweet but with present raspberry, increasing pale malt. Little bit dry. Above average carbonated. Soft bitterness. Interesting.

The aroma is floral, slightly citrusy, and malty. The taste has a touch of maltiness, citrus nuances, and a slight grapefruit-herbal bitterness. Bière bue dans un restaurant à Varsovie. Robe claire, mousse moyenne mais très éphémère. Nez discret, presque effacé, avec quelques notes maltées et de fruits tropicaux. En bouche, on retrouve un léger fruité, mais sans intensité ni complexité. Amertume très légère, finale courte et assez plate. Une APA très standardisée, au profil industriel, qui manque clairement de caractère et de fraîcheur houblonnée. Pas vraiment convaincante.
