Gently roasted, chocolatey. Dark brown in colour, clear, with a head that reduces to a disc, negligible lacing. Very low bitterness, roasted. Slightly acidic, light, and drinkable, but generally empty, lacking flavour.

Big pounder half liter can for 2 bucks at Chalet. My can don't say grazaniec, but it is 5.8% and just says tatra. So I thought it was the big gza, but I guess it aint? Must be a different alky content Jasne? Whatever. Pour is clear golden. Nice big fat head fades to nuttin after a few minutes. Mild sweet american malt likker nose. Taste is a bit like many cheaper macro pale lagers, with just a little more bite. Not bad in the middle, starts to get a shade of cloy. Half way thru the can I'm starting to feel the baltic character in this brew. Poured in the glass, very little carbonation but, suck it right out of the can the co2 provides a bit more welcome sizzle. Getting more acceptable as I near the end pf the session. Could drink a few of these but there are many other domestic cheap macro american lagers out there for less than half the price with the same, somewhat uncivilized, pale lager attributes. Not bad overall.

I drank this beer, during my stay at Cracovia, a long time ago. It is a typical lager/pils of the region, not great but drinkable, dopolavoro birra.
