(Bottle 33 cl) Suppose chestnut coloured is the closest you come to describing this. Chestnut with an orange glow and a small, beige head. Hazy with a bottle sediment. Vinous aroma with notes of almonds and raisins. Very complex taste with notes of dried fruits - raisins in particular. It also has touches of delicate desert wine and marzipan. Incredibly lovely - this really is my kinda beer. 230805

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, dark amber with lots of floating impurities. Small, creamy, off-white head which never collapses completely. Fruity nose with pronounced notes of coriander and yeast. Lightly perfumy flavour (coriander again) with lots of soft malt. Distinct bitter hops in the finish. Quite typical Tripel. 110805

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark and almost muddily unclear, brownish head with lots of impurities. Very complex from lots of good quality ingredients. Heavy and aromatic, almost vinous in it’s approach. Vinous in the direction of sweet desert wines like port, madeira etc. And has some Trappist touches also. Great beer. 260804

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden ale with a dense, tall head. Malty but not very sweet in spite of the added candy sugar. A touch of sourness. Almost Tripelish.

Opaque black, medium-sized tanned head. Roasted malty nose, some alcohol. Roasted, chocolaty, medium to full bodied. Someway similar to Koff Porter but a bit sweeter.

Draught Greenish shine trough golden-amber beer; some off-white head. Coriander, and lots of it in the nose. Some seaweed nose as well. Coriander, again, too much, and a pinch of salt at the end. The rest is SWEET. Sticky MF, light to medium body. Spicey aftertaste. Not that good. They make MUCH better; in fact, I’m sure I had this "Zeezuiper" better - from the bottle.

A clear orange beer with a nice dense white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of flowers and caramel. The flavor is very spicy and flowery as well as strong notes of yeast.
