26/1/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost colourless with no head. Aroma of honey, flowers, chocolate, touch of fruit and herb. Medium plus sweetness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, sticky texture, flat carbonation. Quite liked this.

500ml bottle, present from Margaret. Golden colour, no head and aroma of honey, floral, herbal. Taste is sweet, honey, herby, with boozy notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & boozy finish. Quite OK.

Bottleshare in Golders. Pours clear yellow gold with virtually no head. Heady aroma of honey, flower blossom, spices, cloves & cinnamon. Taste is heavy sweet, honey, sugar, sweet apple, wood, cinnamon spice. Light to medium body, almost no carb, slightly dry bittersweet finish. Elegant, complex, fabulous

Bottle at Craigs Edinburgh. Clear gold colour no head. sour edge onn aroma. Some pepper on aroma. Not good. Medicine spice.

Bottle from the dregs run. Pours murky gold with no head. Aromas of funky apple and damp wood. A bit if nail varnish. Taste is dry apple, light sweet finish. Not getting much honey.

Sample courtesy of cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - golden yellow. Nose - a well as honey am definitely getting the cinnamon. Taste - apple and cinnamon confirmed. Palate - full bodied and sweet throughout. Overall - liquid apple strudel.
