Bottle shared at Colin’s. it pours clear pale gold with no head. The aroma is rich, spiced, clove, cinnamon, warming, candy, honeycomb, honey cake, light menthol and vanilla. The taste is rich, slick, honey cake, juicy, festive spice, clove, cinnamon, apple pie, pear, cake and very little alcohol with a smooth finish. Medium + body and slick mouth - feel. Bottle shared in High Wycombe - thanks to Scoopy. Pours clear yellow-gold. The aroma has some spices, menthol, clove, cinnamon. Heavy sweet flavour with more spice character, gooey honey, white sugar. Full bodied, oily and chewy. Lightly warming finish with nips of ripe apple, more spices, cinnamon sticks, clove, honey. Fun beer. Very, very festive.
