Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Daniel. Pours clear with almost no colour. Interesting aroma, some tangy apple almost, hints of honey, grass. Medium sweet flavour, a little funky, with white sugar, faint melon, gooey light honey. Full bodied, flat, and lightly chewy. Finishes with a little alcohol warmth, subtle grassy and floral notes, but more apple, background honey. Interesting stuff. Not bad.

Bottle pours with an amber body that has copper hues and holds up some nice legs. The aroma offers up honey sweetened berry and strawberry with a modest waxy honey comb sensation in there too. The taste delivers berry and strawberry with a modest tartness just as the honey sweetness ratchets up another notch. Behind those flavors is a faint waxy sensation and a slight sweet soft vanilla note. It ends on the dry side in spite of nectar sweet berry and honey going on. Wow, love this.

Bottle thanks to Danny, it pours hazy golden with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, earthy, musty, vanilla, honey, creamy and wood. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, apple skin, white grape, sherbet, must, funk, dirt and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Surprisingly great.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Daniel. Rating #17,000. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a slight, frothy white head. The nose holds tangy and lightly funky apples, a little damp hay, minimal honey. Light sweet flavor, quite dry, with notes of apple skins, hints of grass, light acidity. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart finish, lightly funky, more bitter apple peel. Pleasantly dry. Not bad overall.
