Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear gold with a large pillowy whitehead. Aroma is bready with a little floral and citrus. Not quite med body. Flavor is definitely bready with a very light citrus touch. It's bitter enough, and the flavor isn't weak. Just not a style I like much.

12 oz. can from Leaf & Barrel, New Braunfels, TX. Pours a hazy amber color with a large beige head and very good retention. Barely any lacing. Caramel malt aroma. And caramel malt flavor to match the aroma. Smooth and sweet and clean. Low carbonation. No bitterness. Slick mouthfeel. A very one-dimensional, well made lager.

A good balance of fruit flavor and bready malt finish without being too sweet. Very refreshing and satisfying. No bitterness.

Black Friday in Ft. Worth at the Total Wine provided the opportunity to purchase a 22 oz bottle of Therapist. Out of several beers purchased, this was the only bomber, they continue to disappear. Sign of the times I can only assume. The label indicates bottling on 5/27/20 meaning this bottle needs to be opened and consumed. My ABGB tulip glass is arrayed for this tasting, I lift the cap and make the pour. The liquid is a determined opaque, medium yellow with a fair covering of solidly white foam. A decent scent, I get hay, pine and citrus, no surprises. And the taste, ah, definitely a step forward. Old school west coast aggressive bitterness with lemon, a tangerine sweetness, pine, grain, hops and some pineapple. I like the heartiness of the elevated ABV, lends some depth. Good.
