Capped 375 from Corti Bros. Pours hazy pink with transient white bubbles. Tart cherry aroma. Med body or so. Flavor is tart/sour with cherries and some wood. Dry. Astringent. Thinking the wine barrels were white wine cause I'm not finding red berry. Acidity is at least moderate. Overall it's quite drinkable.

50cl bottle? 375ml maybe. Pours a hazy peach color with very little, white head. Nose has lots of vinegar and stone fruit, peach and nectarine, white wine vinegar, some neutral oak. Flavor is tart with under ripe stone fruits, vinegar too, some oak, berries as well. Finishes tart, acetic and dry.

330ml bottle at the late December DC RB Tasting. Poured a dark ruby red color with a very small, wipsy off-white head. Aroma was grape must, super funky tart sour character. Vinous. Acidic, very tart, puckering finish.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at the RB Dec 23, 2018, gathering. It is a cloudy golden color with a thin off white head. The aroma is a sour apple and the taste is sour tangy grapes
I still am not a fan of spit beers

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours an orange gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is grape skin, berry, brett. Thin body, tart grape, raspberry, light acidity, very nice.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy medium/orange tinged gold with a white head. Aroma is moderately sour guava. Med body. Flavor is moderately sour, mouth smacking, guava. I like ripe, sweet guava and that’s not this. But these days I take guava whenever/wherever I can get it - this works. Pretty dry. Sour rather than bitter. Guava not mixed with other stuff. Good drink.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours rosé with a whitish head. Aroma of raspberries, and arguably cherries. Approaching med body. Flavor starts with a wheaty note, and then there are mixed red berry flavors. Dry. Not bitter. For me the wheat thing is wholly disastrous. Leaving a really bad taste in my mouth. There were a lot of good indications at the start, but the finish is really distasteful. Meh.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours translucent, perhaps hazy, gold with a slight white head. Aroma of guava and arguably some sort of white wine. Near med body. Flavor is predominately guava with some white wine aspects and detectable wheat. Guava saves the day - resisting the wheat. Very, very nice flavor. Like guava a lot!
