Obtained from the Casual Pint in San Angelo by a friend and given to me. The 12 oz can delivers a flat black liquid with a sizable, chocolate brown foam that settles nicely. The nose is inviting, chocolate, vanilla, something earthy. I take a drink and find a strong hop bitterness, chocolate, biscuit, tobacco and a slim sweetness. I am a fan of stouts and imperial stouts, nothing here that changes that.
