Called Summer Wheat. A hazy golden weizen with a thin white head (served with a slug). A light banana aroma, with light sulfury notes. In mouth, a nice weizen with bananas, cloves, classic, silky mouthfeel, herbaceous hops. On tap at brewpub, July 30 2010.

From growler on 08/13/2008. Clear brown body with ruby highlights and a medium creamy off-white head. Light malty aroma, some nutty bready and earthy hints. Sweet lightly peated flavor, some caramel, and toffee hints. Medium body with moderately low carbonation and a fairly smooth finish.

A light golden ale with a thin white head. A lightly floral hops aroma, fragrant. In mouth, a light watery bitter with light floral hops, very fresh. Served on cask. Flour City brewfest, August 15 2008.

Tap at the brewpub - this beer hovers somewhere in the limbo between scotch ale and scottish ale - much like a scottish ale, it is a dark brown beer - however, the aroma is loaded with the bubblegum and plum character I expect from a scotch ale, along with a touch of woody character - the flavor leans more towards scottish ale territory, but with higher sweetness covering up the slight nutty character and a hint of peat and smoke - decent, but nothing special.

Deep dark brown and silky stout with oatmeal aroma and roasted finish. Fairly strong diacetyl noes. Decent chocolate taste with light hops. A bit too smooth for my taste. Lighter bodied indeed. On tap at BP, February 4, 2005.

Deep clear brown with a thin off-white head. Barely any aroma. Light chocolate and malt in mouth, more like a schwarzbier. where is the roastiness announced?
