Description
Hill Farmstead Brewery is the culmination of many years of travel and insight—of experience and education—of friendships and explorations. The brewery is the revival and continuation of 220 years of Hill heritage and hand crafted history in North Greensboro, Vermont. Its logo is retrieved from a sign that once hung in Aaron Hill's (our great(x3) grandfather) tavern, just up the hill, in the early 1800s.

500 ml traded by clarkvv. Thank you !! Aroma has mild jammy wine, soft vanilla, soft bourbon. Flavor is deep and varies with each sip. Port character throughout with soft bourbon nuances. A secondary flavor of vanilla, oak and plum or prune dark fruit. No alcohol bun. Yet the alcohol flavor can be found after in the finish. Overall, really nice.

Pours a hazy, light copper-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is sour yeast, some citrus, maybe a touch of hops. Flavors follow. Fairly clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Troebele goudgele kleur en een flink dikke witte kraag met goede retentie. Geur van hopbladeren, thee, iets harsig, met fris zoetzuur fruit retronasaal. Smaak is bitterig en licht zoet. Medium body. Zachte koolzuurprikkeling. Afdronk is vrij bitter en iets droog, en blijft lang hangen.

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and light rind with a bit of grain and melon underlying. Flavor has juicy citrus with light sweet grains and a bitter bite from some citrus rind backing.

Can (4/22/25) from trade with ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Opaque, dark brown, nice sparkle, thin head with good retention and rings of lacing. Aroma is strong earthy malts/peat, faint coffee, strong molasses. Taste is strong molasses, anise, chocolate, mild coffee with char, oats. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and bittersweet finish as taste. Lovely, complex base stout outside of the addition of coffee. Silky smooth. Very nice.
