At brettfest. Aroma of dry yeast and grassy herbs. Taste of dry yeast, grassy herbs, funk and some citrus. Nice.

6 3 6 3 12Draft at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of juniper, citrus, herbal notes, resin of the beachwood (that some may mistake for smoke) and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Wildeman during BrettFest. Hazy golden, white head. Sweet malts, wheat, truffles, moldy funkiness, leathery sweaty feet, some no smoke, some resin of the beechwood. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Hazy light golden with white bubbly head. Spicy yeast, smoke, dry malts, juniper, bready, dry yeasty crackers, soft wheat. Light sweet and bitter with soft tart finish. Under medium bodied.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
