750ml bottle, 2019 Vintage, from Little Pomona, for Manchester Cider Club 09Jul20 via Zoom. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple, white wine barrel. Taste is mellow, green apple, fleshy, fruity, grapey white wine notes, alittle gooseberry and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry lightly acidic finish. Very nicely drinkable.

6/7/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is light wood, tangy apple, tannins, a little funky with a slight touch of farmyard. Moderate sweetness and light tartness with a woody edge. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nicely drinkable.

23/6/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Combines all the best of 1 and 2 in the aroma and taste. Apple pie, lightly funky and woody, caramel and vanilla, gentle tannins. Subtle sweetness which comes through really nicely with a good initial dose of tart which fades. Tart, smooth, tannic and woody finish. For me the best of the trio.

Taste is tart tangy apple, orchardy, funky, citric, spicy, fruity, with woody oak & vanilla, custard hints, and some mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & soft tannic finish. Nice complexity, very drinkable

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Gusher on opening. Hazy yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of quince, apple, citric zest. Taste is tangy, fleshy, quince, light fruity apple, with some zesty citrus and lingering tartness. Light bodied, fine carbonation, dry fruity quince finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is apple, juicy, then tangy citrus hoppy resiny with some sourness. Slick mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry hopped tart & sour citric finish. Nicely drinkable.
