This beer pours a clear reddish-copper color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of tart fruit, oak, yeast and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of tart cherry, vinous oak, mildly funky yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately tart with a cherry and red wine aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
