500ml bottle from Fram Ferment, Durham. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is tart apple, fruity, pulpy, alittle sugary sweet, with citric acidity and some funky tartness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry slightly solventy funky finish, Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Caps and Taps. As Deric Bramley 2018, batch: 01. Still. Clear yellowy golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, some core and skin. Taste is tart, fleshy apple, fruity, green apple, pulpy with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry & tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at Station House Fest, Durham. Golden colour, no head and green apple aroma with mucky hints. Taste is tart, fleshy green apple, cooking apple, with some apple skin & pip, and citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry acidic finish. Quite OK

Sampled @ Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2019. Poured unclear light golden in color. Sweet apples, sugars, some vanilla notes. Bit heavy, sweet. Drier finish though. OK.

Cask @ Gallows bird, real ale festival. Pours cloudy orange color. Ripe apples, honey and apple seed. mild funk, sweet ripe apples. Musty sweet.

Cask at the Pembury tavern. A light hazed greenish yellow straw, coloured pour with no head. Aroma is tangy, sweet, plastic, some acid,. Flavour is composed of tart, acid, verging on vinegar, woody apple, lemon. Little funking sour. Palate is tangy, acid, moderate carbonation. Mild infection.

Cask at Pembury Tavern . It pours lightly hazy pale gold with minimal head. The aroma is soft, sweet, fruits, apple pie, cream custard, plastic and permanent marker pen. The taste is firmly dry, tannin, sour, acidic kick, apple, gooseberry, cider vinegar, citric, baked beans and a bit plastic with a dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Plasticy and rough. Not great...

Cask at the Pembury in Hackney - cheers to Danny for the tip. Pours clear yellow. Nice dry apple aroma, a little home, lemon peel, pale wood. Light sweet flavour, quite drying, some semi-ripe apple, lemony tartness, bitter skin. Medium bodied, soft. Super dry finish, soft warmth, semi-ripe apples. Not bad.
