Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2021. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Woody apple, earthy tangy lemon. M flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, lemon rind, spicy vinegar. Dry woody apple.. Ok. Very dry.
