Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen, London during Meet the Brewer on 8th Sept 2010. Gold with thin white foam. Beautiful ale indeed. Chees notes in aroma and exquisite grapefruit hop in-mouth along with a savoury note. Citrus grapefruit in the endtaste that is long-lasting. Rich, full-mouth texture. Very satisfying ale.

Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen Meet The Brewer on 8th September 2010. Pale gold with a white film head. Delicate but rich hop aroma; exquisite grass and fruitiness in-mouth, and a crispy dry finish, all coming on a zingy mouthfeel. Excellent.

8th September 2010. Cask Pub & Kitchen. ’Meet The Brewer’
Very dark brown beer but it is clear. Tiny tan head. Light semi dry palate. Lots of nice dark flavours without any of them being heavy or bitter. Dark malt, trace of marmite, unsweet chocolate, trace of coffee. Fairly well joined up. Light but somewhat complex porter. Decent.

Very light haze on this gold beer. Residual white head. Light dry palate, pretty crisp. Light citrus (much less so than the other Marbles tonight) that gets sweeter towards the finish. Finishes dry. Hard to find stuff to say about this - it went down easy but it was one of those that you think afterwards ’what did I just have?’.

Thanks to Ethereal for the half pint! Cheers Casper! Clear pale gold beer with a residual suddy head. Light semi dry palate. Sweetish banana cream base for a little citric hop. Nice! Finishes dry.

Served as ’Pint’. Clear light gold beer with a residual head. Light nose of Nelson hops. Light dry palate. Initially this tasted very wheaty - like liquid wheatabix but that soon died down. Odd though! Then became a nice grapey and generic fruit hop beer that went down very easily. Marble do refreshing bitters/goldens very well.

Very slight haze on this pale gold beer. Little white head. Nice orangey citrus, traces of grapefruit and lemon. Whisper of banana. A little dry but a real fresh fruity breeze of a beer.

Slightly hazy pale gold beer with a little white head. Softish slightly dry palate. Fresh bitter grapefruit with a nice semi sweet orange mid, nicely balanced between the two. Trace of pine. Some minerals before a dry finish. Bitterish aftertaste. Highly quaffable.
