Clear light pale yellowish beige cider, no head. Aroma: yeasty, green apples, pears, some bread yeast. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a little sweet, fruity, apples and pears, gentle acidity, good sweet/sour balance, very refreshing, more apple juice, pears, nice! Aftertaste: slightly dry, some tannins, pleasant acidity, still a bit sweet, nice!

Bottle from the Cidery. Light hazy pale colour. Incredible complex aroma of sweet and tart pears, wood, funk. Sweet, minerally and fruity with nice tartness.

75cl Bottle from Normandie. Split with Tobias in the Bad Seed Beer Fest Line. Pours unclear Dark Golden with a small head. Matured red Apple, bread and farmhouse. Funk. Grains. Super bright yet Sweet red Apples all over. Tiny touch of sulphur. Lovely and Great drinkability.

75cl Bottle @ Houlgate market, Normandie. Pours hazy deep Golden with a bubbly White head. Sweet and juicy red Apples, slight farmhouse slash barnyard and Wood. Dry and fruity finish. Delicious.
