--Bottled at PBF XIII! -- Clear pale golden, small head. Almost perfumy aroma with cellared apples and hay and. Mid sweet with light body and soft mouthfeel. Cellared apples, funky hay. Mild apple skin bitterness.

Bottle at Ciderbar Rotterdam. Clear golden. Crisp sweet apple, soft funk and leather, mineral, dry apple peel, light floral. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation. Quite dry. Decent classic Breton cider.

Bottle shared. Clear deep golden. Massive oxidized pears, vanilla, tannins, earthy, caramel, dead leaves. Quite sweet, medium sour and bitter. Full bodied. Nice.

Clear orange blond cider, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apples, boxed apple juice, sweet impression, bit of diacetyl. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice sweet and sour balance, lots of apple juicy, fruity, fresh, a little bitter, some tannins. Aftertaste: pretty sweet, lots of apple juice, lovely, juicy, bitter touch, a little dry, some tannins, nice stuff.

KJUBCZ Chris-mas tasting. Hazy greyish pale straw with lively carbonation and bubbly ring. Pear, juicy, juniper, woody, twigs. Like sweets or hard candy; intense sweet and sour simultaneously. Some woody tannins. Very lively and spritzy.

Bottle shared at KJUBCZ. Slight hazy straw with white head and lots of bubbles. Dry cellar funk, soft pear, light gooseberries, leathery, soft CO2. Medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Medium bodied, lots of fizzy carbonation and a bit dry finish. Good.

Kurk kanon. Licht troubel goud met veel schuim bij t schenken. Zoete gele appel, boerderij, blauwader schimmelkaas, amandelspijs, citroenrasp, bieslook, boterzacht mondgevoel. Fantastisch. Qua droogheid demi-sec, mooi complex smaakpalet & mondgevoel.
