Recolte 2018. Bought at the source summer 2021. Clear golden with white head. Sweet and tart and bitter apples. Poopy funky, old peels, brown apples. Lots of funk. Tannins, mild sweet with dry finish. Very tasty and complex palate.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy golden with white head. Massive farmyard notes, sweet apples, sweaty, dry tannic oak. Medium sweet, very light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with a lot of carbonation. Quite OK.

Goudgeel sapje met wat bubbels. Zoete appels, appelmoes, schilletjes en heel veel tannine. Zachte bruis en een sappig mondgevoel met een droog randje dat iets weg heeft van postbode elastiekjes.

Helder goud. Walm stalgeur bij ‘t leven. 7.5% is bizar veel alcohol voor een Franse cider. Droog en straf, walnoten, bejaarde appeltjes en een aalbesje. Houtig ook. Sappig en fris met stevige boost. Wederom van prima kwaliteit.

Clear golden, hardly any bubbles. Sweet, dry and woody apple notes. Horseblanket, treebark, marmalade, cobwebs, rust, caramel. The whole shebang. Very tasty classic cidre brut. Mildly sweet and bitter. Low carb. Dry finish.

“À consummer avant 05/21. Lot 19.1.” Sold to me two weeks ago, at the cidery... Murky golden, some bubbles. Not so tropical but mostly vegetal. Raspy grassy on top of medium sweet cider. Light bitter. Medium body, sandy mouthfeel. Low carb.

Bottle shared. Hazy greenish brown with not much head, looks weird. Dry apple peel, light funk, leathery, tobacco, old wood, a touch of hops but not a lot. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Fresh from the cidery but it's past the best before date and seems a bit old.

Pours slightly hazed blonde (coldhaze), some visible carbonation. Scent is intense, rough, funky, intense pure fruits. Taste is full, intensely fruity, fairly dry, but it has a good amount of sweetness left as well. Some funk, very high carbonation. I absolutely love the taste, just about 2-3x to carbed for me

Pours clear blonde, foam fades within a second. The room fills with a strong apple scent, with a green undertone of aromatic hops, though I can't pin down the exact species. Taste is full, apple, with a nice portion of funk. Tanninic, tad dry, but also some sweetness. Hop aroma is present, but lower profile beneath the apple. Medium high carbo. Decent cider, but not necessarily better than their base cider.

Pours blonde, foam dissapears within a second. Scent is very strong, absolute apple forward. Red apple (skins). Taste is very gentle, apple ( more fleshy than skins, now) . mild apple tanins, full on fruitflesh. Mild sweetness. Medium high carbonation. Crushable cider !
