Sweet mossy old apples, very woody, treebark, almonds, applesauce, subtle touches of floral honey, vanilla and custard, tastes like the outdoors, the spring, blossom, butterflies, sunlight on hoofprints in sandy tracks, chirping birds, crickets in sundried grass, warm blankets of summer air, dancing musquitos in front of a low red sun by the barn, long and pleasant nature hikes, simplicity and tradition, mother nature’s down to earth life juice. Soft sweetness, balanced nutty dry tannin bitterness, some tart apple in there too. Arôme est pomme fermentée, cristalisée, sucre brun résiduel, le tout sur un effet cloying rappelant le mielleux.Palais est cidre, Pomme finement acerbe, le tout est complexe même en ne marquant que 6%. Cet effet de pomme verte revient à la charge en fin de bouche et contraste bien avec le côté plus sucré.
