(On tap) Clear golden with good white head. Lively peach aroma with grassy hints. Medium body. Great carbonation giving mouth filling soft texture. Taste is initially, and predominantly, peach. It starts with a mix of sweet candy and sour notes. Notes of malt and grassy hops join the mix at the end. Very nice although maybe a bit too heavy on the fruit

Loved it and other half not so much. Milky cloudy appearance. Nose is rice and tropical fruits. Tatses of papaya, mango, coconut, yogurt and rice. Creamy texture. Loved it

Glass at Doppo-kan. Thick, pasty white. Bright, fruity aroma, milky, citrus, apple, tropical fruits. Rich milky rice flavor, apple and pear, tropical fruits, ginjo-ka. Surprisingly dry finish. Nice, refined nigori.

Glass at the Doppo-kan. slight yellow tint. Clear. Rich rice nose, apple, lemon, koji. Creamy rice flavor, lightly fruity, touch of vanilla, dry finish. Decent ricy junmai.

Tap at the Doppo stand, Aeon Mall Okayama. Deep gold with the slightest of haze. Estery nose, peaches and light diacetyl, orange, vanilla. Crisp fruity flavor with apricots and vanilla creme and a bitter finish. A bit too buttery. Not great.
Alright. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Quite floury. Sure it would be better on tap.

Bottle (Mr Mama). Misty gold with a white head. Zesty yuzu aroma with vanilla crackers, light biscuit. Light bodied, fizzy. Lots of yuzu but maybe a little sweeter than expected. No bitterness. Refreshing.
Decent. Bit sweet, malty, some cola elements. Caramel. Good stuff!
Rice. Light sweetness. Decent bitterness. It’s alright! Dry!
