About
Collective Arts Brewing is a grassroots craft brewery that aims to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists and musicians. Collective Arts Brewing was founded on two beliefs: The first that creativity fosters creativity. And the second, that creativity yields delicious pints. We feature limited-edition works of art on our beer cans and labels, and we work to make sure the liquid on the inside is as diverse and creative as the artists we profile. Our brewery is located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This is where we brew everything from our flagship IPA Ransack the Universe to our World Beer Cup-winning Stranger than Fiction porter. In our taproom we pour up to 10 different beers at one time, samples and flights, we host brewery tours and live entertainment weekly. Stop by to see our beer bottle gallery showcasing every artist we’ve worked with over the past 6 years.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: semi-transparent burnt yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: clean citrusy hoppiness, some cereal grains, some rice
Flavor: semi-bittersweet through the prior mentioned aromas; mild aftertaste of the rice
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; slick on the tongue, crisp, semi-dry finish
Overall: nice enough pale lager worthy of coming back to.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger khaki foamy head which popped with some light bubbles here and there then slid off and barely left any lace
Aroma: roasted dark malts, vanilla, milk chocolate, some bananas, nutty roasty tones, dark bread, Winter spices, and some coffee tones
Flavor: blends all the prior mentioned aromas together semi-sweet, roasty, toasty and bready; mild aftertaste of the bananas, milk chocolate and nuttiness
Texture: medium bodied; good as a sipper; semi-smooth but also some grip from the Winter spices (not a true flaw); finishes roasty, and the bananas and the Winter spices
Overall: I say a nice pastry stout that I would welcome again on a Winter's night.

Hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy white head, good stay and some good foamy lacing. A few particles floating around. Getting fruity sweetness at first with pineapple and stone fruits. Then, orange juice kicks in to blend things. This continues in the taste, but not as sweet as the nose - with citrus zestiness that cuts this. A juicy mouthfeel, not too thick - kind of medium bodied with just enough light dryness in the end. Not getting much of the Nelson Sauvin white grapes. Might be overrun by the Cryo and Hyperboost hops. Still, a pretty juicy and refreshing NEIPA with great drinkability.

A slight haze, bright golden colour with a smaller white head, decent stay and some nice creamy-foamy lacing. Getting some citrus nose at first, but then, some spicy Pils malt come out, the piney and resinous notes. The flavours continues with a nice blend of citrus zestiness, light spiciness, cereal malt base and good pine needles. A wet mouthfeel with some decent dryness in the finish. Quite a refreshing West Coast IPA that has more to offer and goes down nicely.

This ale poured a hazy light yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include hay, grass, grapefruit and a little cooked veggies. First swig was slightly thin but very drinkable. Flavours of grapefruit, pineapple and maybe some honey. Finish is mildly bitter with citrus hop flavour lingering.

Hazy yellow, large white head. Light darkness, citrus zest, and melon. Good mouth feel, lovely carb, medium to high bitterness. Big bright zesty citrus finish, with a tropical kick, and dank pine notes.

Pours murky pear into a tulip. White soapy head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Pineapple and lemon aromas. Sweet with dusty pineapple rind, tangerine and lemon peel front to back. Medium length dusty pith finish.

Pours hazy pale yellow into a shaker. White soapy head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Citrus and malt aromas. Medium bodied with sweet citrus and spicy pine upfront turning to earthy sourdough in the medium length finish. Taste is OK, but I could do without the sugar.
