Location: Sampled at Tap NY, 4/27/13, Rater #100 of this beer!

Aroma: The nose is fairly light, some sweet malts, a bit of fruit, and some mild hops too
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-orange color with a decent sized white head
Flavor: The taste is on the lighter side, it is a little sweet, mildly bitter, and fairly dull
Palate: The body of this beer is light and it has a fairly unexciting mouthfeel to it as well
Overall Impression: I wasn't super impressed by this Cooperstown beer either. It isn't a terrible beer, but it is hardly memorable. Eh...

Location: Sampled at Tap NY, 4/27/13

Aroma: The nose of this beer comes off as overly sweet, fruity, and a bit malty as well
Appearance: The one pours a reddish-orange color with a small off-white head
Flavor: The taste is pretty much just like the nose, overly sweet, fruity and malty
Palate: The body is medium-plus, it has a decent feel, though it does get a little bit sticky
Overall Impression: I wasn't a huge fan of this one. It just drank too sweetly for my tastes, and lacked the balance I was looking for. It isn't terrible, but it isn't really that good either.

Bottle shared at Mivshelet Ha’Am for Dagan’s birthday. Hazy amber with a big frothy white head. Floral hops aroma with a bit of malt. Sweetish flavor with some malt and a moderately bitter finish, floral and a bit citric. Medium-bodied.

My wife brought this one back from a trip to Rochester. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a heavily carbonated orange-caramel color with a large foamy off white head that left no lacing. The aroma was ripe cherries, figs and pears with faint caramel and bread underneath. The flavor was tangy caramel and butterscotch with notes of pear, apple, raisin and fig underneath. The finish was short with a touch of bread and fruit. Light to medium body but overcarbonated. Eh.

My wife brought this one back from a trip to Rochester. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with orange highlights and a huge foamy tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was lightly roasty and woody with hints of anise and coffee. The flavor was dry, bitter, roasty and had notes of coffee and anise. Medium finish and body. Not really my style.

All of the Cooperstown beers have been overcarbonted but this piece of crap gushed half of the bottle all over the counter as soon as I had started to open it. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-apricot color with an enormous fluffy orange white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tart, chalk and Sweettart candies. The flavor was very tart and dry with prominent chalk, Sweettart candies and Pez candied. Light body and hideously overcarbonated. Piece of crap.

My wife brought this one back from a trip to Rochester. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very overcarbonated orange-amber color with a huge foamy orange-white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was faint grapefruit and lemon with a yeasty undertone. The flavor was dryish and bitter with light grapefruit and a touch of bread. The finish was long, dry, bitter and had lingering grapefruit. Way too carbonated with an otherwise medium body. Eh.

My wife brought this one back from a trip to Rochester. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with a large sudsy brown head that faded quickly and left almost no lacing. The aroma was enticing with a blend of cream, vanilla and toasty malts. The flavor disappointed by being notably dry, bitter and roasty with notes of wood and smoke. Medium finish and body. I had high hopes given the nose but the flavor was just not my style at all.

My wife brought this one back from a trip to Rochester. Pretty tasty for style. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer gushed a murky apricot color with a large foamy yellow-tan head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was bread and candied golden fruits. The flavor was bread, honey and candied golden fruits. The beer turned a moderately dry and dusty on the long finish. Very overcarbonated which distracted from what was otherwise an enjoyable beer.
