On tap at Watering Hole, pours a clear holden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, plenty of resins, gentle dankness, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Flavour is bright and crisp, with spicy piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and bright, the with a forceful hop character. A bit too seltzery but still quite good.

pitch black color. Thin head, big massive Japanese whiskey notes with iodine, molasses, dark chocolate, tons of dark fruit.iodine, molasses, low carbonation. Full body. Barrel is very pronounced though not mind blowing depth

WCB X VELTEX Velstar Session IPA 4.5% Nice bright hop bouquet with dense rocky white foam and high unfortunately doesn’t linger. Straw gold, light bodied and crisp. The taste gives me a pina colada, pineapple and coconut thing which dank overripe fruit. Nice body and hops for a Session IPA with a pretty interesting flavor profile. It’s also one of the sub-1000¥ WCB cans I believe. 3.7-3.8

I’ve been holding on to this for my first beach visit of the year. Looks like everyone wanted to escape the heat at the beach on this Marine Day. WCB ESCAPE Pina Colada Sour 6.5% Pineapple juice looking pour with a pine colada tropical aroma and a Nori type minerality (salt?). Medium bodied with a bit of a raspy carbonation. The taste is salty tropical cocktail with hints of coconut. Satisfying on a supremely hot beach day.

Can split at L6 Tasting, thanks to Tips, 13/10/22. Hazed orange yellow with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, pine nip, melon, grapefruit. Taste comprises mixed tropicana, orange zest, grapefruit, pine resin, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow juice laden hop bitterness. Tidy enough easy drinking DIPA.
