Keg at HL1. It pours cloudy orange with a decent white head. The aroma is musty, funky, tart rhubarb, strawberry, light jam, fruit compote, cracker, biscuit, toasted sesame seed, bread and funk The taste is crisp, dry, tart, very pleasant sour rhubarb throughout, strawberry, lemony sherbet, lime, decent mouth - pucker, bread, funk, wood, minerals, hay, bright acidity and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, lively carbonation. Incredibly flavoursome and well balanced. So very impressed for this kind of thing to come from a new UK brewery. Grade A sour.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - London. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, with moderate funk, peach and rhubarb, lemon. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, more tart rhubarb, a little salt. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Nice finish, with more fresh, tart rhubarb, a little sweat, more lemon. Great beer. Well balanced.
