Cask at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours classic blonde, transparent, with a nice thick head of very fine white foam. Aroma is grainy, cereal, almost biscuit. Body is average, with moderate carbonation (it's cask!). Taste is a good balance of the cereal sweet in the base and a dry herbaceous bitterness afterwards, which influences the beer's final.

On tap at Il Punto Bologna. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Sweet malty, citrusy, light alcohol and touch of pineapple with bitterish finish.

Tap at Hops Beerstro, Trieste. Copper-golden colour, steady medium-sized beige head. Spicey Belgo yeast nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Light caramalt, yeast spiceyness, a bit watery finish. Maybe a bit too spicey Belgian ale for my liking.

On tap at Navigli Craft Beer. Cloudy pale gold with medium white head. Easy drinkable, lemon and quite gingery. Medium sourness. Light bodied. Refreshing.
