In order to ensure the family company’s future development, a new brand identity is born. Les Vergers de la Colline becomes Cidery Milton, Quebec’s bold and inspiring leader in cider. This change allows the company to focus more strongly on what it has become and to emphasize the exceptional quality of its products.

Sampled from 0.355 l bottle at Borefts 2018, thanks for sharing! Clear, golden with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of ripe apples, some pear and traces of walnut. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, rather fruity taste of ripe apples, some pear and hints of walnut, followed by a short, fairly tart and dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite nice!

Bottle, many thanks Benzai! Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is soap, gummybears, very sweet, sweaty. Taste is soap, sweatsocks, onions, gummybears, ethanol, boozy finish. Fizzy carbonation. Wtf is this? This must at least the weirdest Cider I've ever had.

En fût sur place. Couleur jaune pâle translucide, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de pomme fraîche, floral. Goût de pomme fraîche, acidité moyenne, pelure de pomme. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-faible.
