In order to ensure the family company’s future development, a new brand identity is born. Les Vergers de la Colline becomes Cidery Milton, Quebec’s bold and inspiring leader in cider. This change allows the company to focus more strongly on what it has become and to emphasize the exceptional quality of its products.

Poured at Shelton Festival, clear gold with small white head. The aroma is apple, pear, oak. Thin body, apple skin, oak, light crisp finish, very good.

Oakes' Manor tasting; vintage 2009, 8-9 years old
Golden color; deep aroma, demerara sugar, apples, some sourness. Syrupy mouthfeel, the apples develop a deep caramel flavor, touch of toffee, hint of stewed apples; very sweet with relatively low acidity.
