Although he had been involved in developing the company since the 2000s, Marc-Antoine officially takes the reigns in 2015. In order to ensure the family company’s future development, a new brand identity is born. Les Vergers de la Colline becomes Cidery Milton, Quebec’s bold and inspiring leader in cider. This change allows the company to focus more strongly on what it has become and to emphasize the exceptional quality of its products.

375mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a few bubbles worth of a white head. Nose brings out caramel, treacle toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is loaded with apple core, with brown sugar, toffee, and some caramel. So much apple core and green apple skins. Not the best ice cider at all, but it's a fun ice cider.

200ml (O_o) bottle at Josh's on his 20k party. Pours a copper with no head. Aroma is very sweet apples with some oak notes. Tastes like on oil with some acidity and very sweet apple notes. Very good.

Bottle - Cooked Apple and brown sugar. Clear amber. Cooked Apple and light spice with a silky smooth finish. Silky and smooth.

200mL bottle, pours a clear caramel colour. Aroma brings out lots of caramel apple, toffee, brown sugar, and stewed apples. Flavour is beautiful, with lots of stewed apples, caramel, toffee and brown sugar. Lovely complexity and stewed apples. Delicious.

Dark amber. This has a little bit of sort of woody, odd, note on the nose, but lots of sugars as well. Rich, delicious with a buttery brown sugar note. Buttertart. This is really nice.

Tap at Brody’s. Clear golden with small white head. Sour dry green apple, fresh apple juice, a little bit of citrus hops, light minerals and a touch funk. Quite dry, light sweet and bitter and under medium sour. Over light bodied with medium dry finish. Not bad.
