RBESG 2023, Zagreb Grand Tasting. Thanks! Intense ripe apple aroma, dried apple, herbs, apple liqueur, alcohol. Sweet and sour, intense candy and dried apple flavour. Smooth and slick but quite drinkable.

Draught: Poured a golden color cider with a nice level of carbonation. Aroma of semi-sweet apples with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Drinks very well with a nice mix of complexity.

Bottled at the RBESG 23, huge thanks Gene! Full golden body. Sweet, caramelly aroma, red apples, bit dusty. Sweet honeyish apple taste, nice, and simple, kept alive by a bit of sourness. Not the best ice cider I've had, but excellent nonetheless.
