On tap at Matchless, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light green melon, with piney hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with subdued melony, floral hops, a little pine and biscuity malt. Dry and easy to drink. Very nice.

On tap at Matchless, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy herbal notes, a vegetal character and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is soft, with grassy hops, crisp biscuity malt and soft floral character. Nicely constructed and pretty soft on the mouthfeel. Well done pils.

On tap at Apex, pours an opaque cloudy peachy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical stone fruits, pith, and a resinous hops. Flavour is juicy as hell, with tropical stone fruits, resinous hops, and a wonderfully fruity juiciness. So juicy and drinkable. Wonderful.

16 oz. can from Jeremy. Pale golden with small foamy head. Light bodied, faint grainy aroma. Taste is straight up grainy lager, even lighter due to the rice. Pretty tasty though.

16 oz can poured. A dense, hazy golden orange pour with a soap bubble head. An IPA that sounds perfect, per the brewers advertising. Floral and sweet juicy fruit aroma. Thick, creamy flavor. Cool, slightly sweet oat like grains, behind a strong juicy hop profile. Lingering cool cream finish. Packed full of flavor. Matchless continues to impress.

Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow, white head. Great juicy fruity hops aroma, "green". Dry flavor with "green" fruity hops, bitter finish. Light-bodied.

Draft pour at Brouwers Cafe. So, I know I'm a huge fan of Matchless beers. All the hoppy goodness and all. Started to make me think that hops were what they do best. Maybe I'm wrong. This sour brown is among some of the best I've had. Dark, reddish brown pour. Plenty of bubbling pink foam head. Aroma is a dominant fresh red cherries, tart and extremely impressionable. Such a true sour cherry going on here. All the right flavors. Cherry juice, slightly jammy. Cherry pie linger. The perfect gift for the beer lover, sour beer lover, cherry lover, or just anybody that likes fine things. Perhaps the most impressive beer from Matchless yet. Can't say enough about this beer.

Draft 10 oz pour at the new and improved Full Throttle Bottles. A hazy golden orange pour, with plenty of smooth mousse foam head. Orange fruit, piney, with forward grains on the aroma. Flavor is much more in the expected, with creamy orange fruit, rich malt, and a lingering hop moderate bitterness. A very smooth IPA. Refreshing, and on point as far as thickness goes. Very good stuff.

Cloudy, thin head. Fruity, has a weedy hop note, has a nice pale malt, with a hint of that blackberry, weedy hop. Thank god they didn't take the name as an excuse to make a banana beer.

16 oz can poured. A thick, hazy orange pour that's almost as bright as the can itself. A ton of loose foam head. Sweet, juicy orange fruit. Nectarine, peach like. Noticeably on the sweet side as far the aroma goes. Really thick body to this. A good balance of wheat, bready malts, and juicy, thick fruit. Odds are, like all their others, there probably is no fruit used in this at all, but it just fools me again and again. Lingering orange, tropical fruit and wheat siding grains. Fresh feeling to this as an overall. On the gentle side for an imperial. Quite a tasty beer here. UPDATE: just over a year later, I think they made this beer even better. Such a smooth imperial. Wonderfully put together
