Canned July 28, 2017, drunk 12/9/17.
Great color: raspberry-blueberry colored and clear with an immediately-fizzling pink-tinged head.
Vegetal notes are strong, perhaps somewhat out-of-place with black pepper, bilberry (Camerises) and a surprisingly short, clean finish that shows almost no lactic acidity. Very short and dainty nose, overall.
In the mouth it's dry, fruity, lightly tart and lightly astringent (the herbs, assumedly). Blackberry-like bilberry character is soft and fruity, just gently tart at most. Light lactic character arrives on the very end. Bright and pleasingly acidic. Wheat provides ample texture. No alcohol or flaw.
