Cask - Soapy Indian spices. Clearis gold with a decent white head. Soap and intense spice and not Chai like. I think the hoppy bitterness works poorly with those spices.

On tap at Red Truck, pours a hazy dark copper / bronze with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of toasted caramel malt and resinous, grassy hops in decent balance. Flavour is along the same lines, though not as well balanced, with grassy hops, toasted bready malt and some skunkiness. Not balanced and rather unpleasant. Standard for Red Truck.

On tap at Red Truck, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out agesssive ginger that drowns everything else out. Flavour similarly brings out the assertive ginger, but accompanied with it is a stale grassy, herbal quality that is rather tart. Nasty stuff.

Golden color, clean, with creamy head. Mild dank aroma, manure, some malt. Soft and round mouthfeel, moderately sweet, some malt flavor; the bitterness is surprisingly strong for Red Truck, and the alcohol feels more than expected.
Nothing too exciting, but it’s a solid strong-ish ale, Very enjoyable, better than the recent production at Red Truck.

Light golden-bronze, with a thin head. Hoppy, slightly stewed peaches nose. Soft body has moderate bitterness and is generally hop forward. Vague caramel to the malts. Not quite hoppy enough for me but it’s a decent brew.

Pretty dark, chestnut, thin head. Light cocoa and a touch of roast on the nose. Similar palate, sort of a thin cocoa character...I would definitely prefer more residual sweetness. Lighter, drier finish, again mainly with a cocoa taste. There’s better stouts but it’s ok.

Dull copper-brown. Thin head. Lots of ginger on the nose...same on the palate. Underhopped ....I swear you get a dark & stormy at the Reef it has more bitterness than this. Not pulling much rum at all. So. Thin, light amber with a whack of ginger.

Dark amber color, clean, medium sized compact head. There’s no beer here; quite strong ginger and lime aroma and flavor, reminds me of lemon scented cleaning products; mild acidity; no rum i can think of, just gentle caramel in the final.
What a useless product.

Draft - Touch of coco and roast. Deep dark brown with a decent small brown head. Raw honey like sweetness and some roast. No real Cocoa apparent. Tastes much like a regular export stout.
