Pours a darker brown body and pretty good medium beige foam on top. Lots of hazelnut and dairy creamer on the nose, very sweet, matches the ones you find in your local diner. Taste is all chewy sweet hazelnut dairy creamer, ending smooth but still somehow a little thin. Okay enough, but also rather boring.

Okay foam on a soft hazy medium copper body, some vague carbonation. Piney orange zest on the nose, caramel, slightly floral. Taste is malty hops, more orange zest, carbonated well but thin. Could use a little more junk in the trunk.

Pale slight haze. Lots of cardamom on the nose. Light rye, gentle tartness, good grainy base, less cardamom on the palate than the nose.

Hazy, pale, a bit dull, fairly thick head. Fruity hops but lots of phenols in there too. Moderate bitterness, but overall lots of sweet malt. Again a bit on the phenolic side here.

Gold and bright. Lactic nose. Malty palate with light tartness and a hint of the orange peel. Not bad actually.

Bright, pale gold, herbal hop, sweet malt on the nose. A touch of bubblegum, definitely a warmer ferment, it’s a touch husky.

Dull look. Malts are a bit sticky and thud. Weedy hop character - that’s really bright and appetizing. I’d prefer more bitterness in the back but the hops are on here.

Dull pale gold. Thick head. Stewed fruit hops. Moderate bitterness, slightly creamy pale malt note. Is okay but hop brightness isn’t quite there for me.

Draft @ Skinny Duke's, which is definitely not a beer place. Lots of coconut on the nose and palate. Some fruitiness, too. Papaya, maybe? I imagine that's some ester and some hop character. Moderate bitterness - it was billed as a Coco Hefe so I wasn't expecting that. The brewery describes it as hopfenweisse, which makes more sense. Makes more sense on the palate, too, because that bitterness rounds everything else out - the weizen character and coconut. I'd like the coconut to be bigger and toastier - Wakefield remains the benchmark for a coconut hefeweizen - but it's not bad at all. Probably the first thing I've had from Tin Whistle since the change of ownership and it's encouraging.

Nice ruby copper body and some okay foam. Smells of a bit of okay prickly pear, some soft citrus. Taste is soft prickly pear, some sour fruit. Ends a little thin and lacking carbonation. Okay flavour, clean, but could use some more oomph.
