Cask at the Nags Head, Reading. A hazy pale copper coloured pour with a thin white head; sweet floral aroma; ripe dessert apple taste; and a sweet malty finish with a touch of caramel, leaving a dry feeling in the mouth. Not at all what I was expecting from a Cascade hopped beer.
