A very nice dark beer. Aromas of burnt caramel, coffee and toast. Fulsome mouthfeel with a little sweetness. I could keep knocking this back.

330ml bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Never heard of a jazzberry before, but apparently this contains raspberries. Very mild raspberry notes here, a touch watery, grainy.. kind of ok

330ml bottle. Pours gold with a snowstorm of yeast in suspension, which took a good hour to subside enough to take a sip. Has a wine gum sweetness to it, oily palate. Ok overall.

330ml bottle while hearing the death of the Queen. Pours dark brown, off-white head. Sweet dark caramel nose. Flavoursome taste profile, good deep treacle and mild liquorice notes. Medium body. Decent.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold, thin white sheet atop. Nicely fruity, with a zesty orange sweetness coming into play. OK overall.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly unclear gold, thin ring of white froth atop. Aroma of light citrus, wheat. Taste is crisp with a soft wheat malt presence pairing nicely with a settled citrussy character, perhaps a light orange wine gum hint coming into view. Nice sipper.

25/3/2022. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers. Region #382. Japan region 19/47. Pours hazy copper amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of red berry, caramel, raspberry ripple, slght woody and medical notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation. Light drying finish. Kind of liked it.

Points lost because of the brewery. Another NE IPA. But it's nice. Grapefruit, bit of minerals. I like it, but it's Kirin.

lots of juniper berries and herbal notes with good firm bitterness from hops. Medium body. Big herbal finish. Pretty interesting. Nice.
