Can from the supermarket. Called a spiced winter ale. Deep gold to amber, clear, with a tall head. Nose is cinnamon toast, bready malts, light citrus. Rather faint, and a slightly off aspect to it as well. Sweet cinnamon toast, honey, caramel. Pretty simplistic. Doesn’t have the depth or body for a real winter ale, just some spice and lactose.

Can, promotion from Liquor Mt., as I don't usually buy this fake craft. Citrus hop nose: lemon, orange, grapefruit, light resins. Crisp, light malt. Deep gold to orange, frothy head. Clear. Lemony, big of tropical fruit, honey. Piny bitter finish. A bit of tutti-frutti going on. Medium body. Not bad, but not particularly interesting, as expected.

Straight from the can so no comments on the looks. Aroma of oranges, malts and some hints of lemon. Taste follows aroma plus caramel. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Nice and easy.
