1 L growler from TheEpeeist. The aroma of hops leaped out as I lifter the lever and rubber seal. It smelled like an indoor English greenhouse with ivy climbing up the framework, and tropical mango, pineapple, and lemons growing in a steamy glass house accentuating the aroma. Clear yellow orange with a medium, lightly lacing, faint yellow head. Flavor is mildly bitter with a bunch of tropical fruity sweetness and a moderate peppery spiciness. I love the feeling it brings to my nose and tongue as I slowly sip it down.

Bottle shared by DMac at Kane’s. Pours yellow gold with white head. Nose is great - lots of lemon zest, light breads, saison yeast and white wine. Some oak. Taste is same but more muted. Body is very delicate - like a flower.

Bottle shared at tasting at my house. Pours very dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of desert wine, oak, dusty cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, red wine, roasted cherries and lightly funky citrus hops. Whiskey barrel is minimal, which is good and adds some complexity to the brew. Very well crafted. Medium body. Dryish finish.
