Poured from a can dated 02/13/26 into a nonic pint glass
Appears a very transparent medium amber to medium red with two fingers of foamy light tan head that last a short while leaving no notable lacing
Very clean initial aroma, subtle caramel and toasty bread. A bit of earthy hops coming in as well.
Taste of semi sweet caramel malt, grains, toasty notes leading into the the earthy bitterness of the hops.
Leans toward a light medium body, lightly carbonated leading to a smooth experience. Toasted malts and bitterness linger a while leaving this one on the drier side.
Overall a solid Irish red ale. The bitterness may be on the heavy side here but it leaves a pleasant experience. I'd be happy to have this beer again.

Appearance: glossy yellow semi-haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grassy to citrusy to semi-piney and subtle garlic-like hoppiness; clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a nice sweet to bitter to slightly zesty and garlic-y character; finishes piney to garlic-y
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also some dryness and light zesty hop punches (tolerable to me but I think I could see how some people might not like that)
Overall: I say good session IPA I'd be willing to have again.

Appearance: golden yellow haziness with a one finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: grapefruity to mango to peachy hop scents with clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet juiciness with a little bit of added sugar; light aftertaste of mangoes and peaches
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, nice low carb, finishes juicy and super sweet
Overall: it's an okay beer, would be better if that extra sugar wasn't in the flavor.

Clear, dark. Small, tan head.
Fudgey chocolate and cacao-like notes with a very soft, floral rum character. Fruity esters from yeast and polished base malts adding light caramel. No booze or aggressive notes.
Fudge and soft cacao up front with a chewy-sweet flavor and texture. Rum adds a floral, vegetal, tropical character and while I don't get banana, per se, there's a general tropical theme achieved. Excellent flavors and nothing too sweet or boozey. Just a touch more body would elevate this to world class.

Coconutty, light floral tropical fruits with minimal lactose and a touch of vanilla.
Juicy with good hop bitterness and lots of coconut. Medium body. Pleasant sweetness. Nothing weird going on. The coconut is lovely but there's a lot of it.

Dusty, vague nose. Some pepper and fruity yeast with dirt and mineral.
Wet hops are vague and peppery. Some mineral but mostly toasted malt and lightly fruity yeast. Light bitterness on the back end. Certainly dry. Not thin but could be a bit maltier.
