Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel koperkleurig bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een zoete bloemige geur. De smaak is vol, fruitig en kruidig.

Bottle at home. Autumnal red brown color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, a sweet candy-ish touch, before a caramelized sugary note comes through and it ends on a slight bitter finish. Quite nice.

Bottle from Hubo's. Color: Copper, beige head. Aroma: Sweetish, candy sugar, caramel. Taste:Candy sugar, malry, hoppy background. Hop is coming more forward at the finish. Subtle spicy. Hints of caramel. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness going to over moderate at the finish. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok, somewhat more complex than some other Quads but a bit dull.

4/VI/22 - sample @ Maldegems Bierfestival, BB: n/a (2022-657) Thanks to Ama and Erwin for sharing today's beers!
Clear blond yellow beer with some chunks floating around under a big creamy slightly irregular yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, a bit fruity, yeasty, cookies, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, grains, a bit oxidized, bitter, very yeasty, unpleasant. Aftertaste: hoppy, grassy, bitter, weird, meh, don’t like it.
