Bottle. Color: Clear golden to amber, off-white head. Aroma: Malt, floral, hop. Taste: Malty, moderate sweet with floral and lightly citrus moderate hopbitterness, going to medium bitterness at finish. Nice complexity, nicely balanced. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ de Schans, Uithoorn. Hazy golden with a big white head. Fruity hoppy spicy aroma. Sweet fruity taste with a bitter finish. Reminds me a bit of the Tripel Karmeliet but this one is a bit fruitier and drier. Very nice tripel actually.

Bottle at first THT 2019. Hazy golden with white head. Apple, coriander, yeast, sugary malts, light booze and lots of herbs. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.

Bottle shared at THT. Hazy pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, hopflowers, where ya gonna taste em anymore? Citrus peel fruity. Doughy yeasty. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and quite some carbonation.

Clear pale straw yellow to little peach pink beer, big creamy aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of CO2, very fruity, lots of yeast, strawberry jam, peaches, sweetish impression. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet start, not a good start for a saison, some citrus notes, peaches, bit metallic, some banana peel. Aftertaste: some tangerines, more metallic, spicy touch, coriander, slightly bitter, bit oxidized, marzipan, bit acidic, still a bit sugary. Too sweet for a saison!

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before February 2021. Minimally hazy, golden amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, quite floral and gently fruity aroma of orange peel, apricot, clove, banana and some hay. Just slightly sweet, pretty dry, moderately bitter, grassy, yeasty-spicy, floral and gently fruity taste of hay, gooseberry, orange peel, clove and some banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly yeasty-spicy, dry and gently grassy finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Straightforward and well-executed Saison.

Bottle @ Convent Santa Clara, Middelburg. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Citrussy, fruity, notes of peach, bitter hops. Nice and refreshiing, not a bad tripel.
