0,5l bottle. KK. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts intense malty, spicy, herbal notes, woody. Not as sweet as other dark bocks. Finish well balanced, spicy-malty, shy roasty. Bitter background. Nice!

Zuerst hat man frische Früchte und eine deutliche Weinessignote. Die ersten beiden Schlucke sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dann entwickelt sich das ganze aber. Die frischen Früchte bleiben, der Essig tritt ein, zwei Schritte zurück. Jetzt kommen auch Getreide- und vor allem Hefenoten schön raus. Fast das halbe Glas ist leer, dann fallen einem auch (für ein Weißbier) deutliche Bitternoten im Mittel- und Endteil auf. Interessant und sehr erfrischend - dürfte aber nicht jedem sofort schmecken. Ich steh aber drauf.

Bottle @ Landbierparadies, Nürnberg. Pours hazy Dark Golden with a small White head. A touch of grassy hops, grains, bread and tiny dms. Shame with last mentioned cause a lot of quality involved.
